Everyone at Ad Lib has worked in one Marketing Communications field or another, so we've walked in your shoes and experienced the good, the bad and the downright ugly when it comes to recruitment consultants.

Our approach is straightforward. We don't use hard sales jargon, and we understand the briefs we're talking to you about. What's important is, simply, that we make you happier than you were before. And we do that by using our ears (and some of the grey matter in between them).
